WELDING SERVICES
Customers benefit from our services offered by our welding shop which is certified according to EN 1090-2 EXC 2 and ISO 3834-2. We offer the welding of a wide variety of materials, for example:
- Carbon steel grades S235, S355
- Fine grained steel grades P355 NH, P355 NL1/NL2, S690 QL
- Austenitic stainless steel grades 1,4307, 1,4541, 1,4571, 1,4404

In order to supply good quality, we keep our welding equipment up to date by, e.g.:
- Welding robots
- Orbital welding machines
- CMT welding machines (Cold Metal Transfer)
Additionally, our service portfolio includes:
- Surface treatment (e.g. blasting, painting, pickling, polishing)
- Heat treatment
- Manufacturing of pressure vessels according PED/ AD2000 or ASME
- Defining the welding procedure and process
- Supervision of welding process by qualified welding supervisors x-ray quality check
- PT and VT testing inhouse, executed by own certified testing personnel
- RT / UT testing and PMI tests by external certified partners
